Request Return Merchandise Authorization

All RMA's must be requested within 10 days after delivery if a refund is wanted.After 10 days, up to 30 days a store credit will be issued for you to use towards another one time purchase. If returned merchandise is delivered to our warehouse more than 30 days from RMA date, only a store credit will be issued.

Any orders returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for replacement or credit. All orders must be returned to the warehouse or manufacturer location listed on your RMA Form. No orders should be returned to DealerStore's corporate office. If you send an order to the corporate office, we will deduct an additional shipping charge to ship to proper location.
